Event Description
  1. A 4-round Swiss tournament on chess.com with time control: G/60;+5.
  2. Event is both chess.com and USCF online rated.
  3. Sections and prizes (Open has limited play-up seats).
    • Open: $100- $70- $30
    • U1600: $30
  4. Event is USCF Online Rated.
  5. PNWCC TDs will make pairing based on the highest of FIDE, USCF and USCF Online rating.
    • PNWCC TDs will start games for players.
    • Player should wait at https://www.chess.com/live on time.
    • Forfeit for 30 minutes late in R1 and 20 minutes late in R2-R4.
    • All bye requests should be submitted in check-in. Bye requests will not be accepted in the tournament day.
  6. PNWCC Fair Play Agreement and Rules.
    • Must join ZOOM meeting (register and sign-in to see the link) with full name in English.
    • Must use a angled camera to cover player and all computer screens.
    • Must share the full screen (not just share the web browser).
    • Must turn on Zoom audio.
    • Player can leave for restroom only when it is not his/her move.
  7. The games will be submitted to chess.com for fair play checking. After checking is done, prizes will be sent out.
