| Liaoning Provincial Sports Bureau wholeheartedly invites players from the member countries of the One Belt One Road initiative and around the world to participate an exciting blitz and rapid tournament with generous prize and free entry! You can play any or all of the three qualifier blitz tournament (11 rounds of 3+2) on lichess that meet your schedule to secure a spot in the play off as long as you finish top 8 (by lichess event standing). 32 players will qualify (24 through 3 of the qualifier blitz + 8 wild cards) for the knock out stage, by playing 2 games of 10+2 (time odds blitz to determine winner if tie) to determine the final champion and $1500 top prize winner!
