| Fair Play Rules |

By registering for a PNWCC chess event, players agree to follow the fair play agreement terms in accordance with maintaining the highest possible standards of ethics and fair play during my online chess games.
- I promise to not use a cell phone, chess engine, or seek any kind of outside assistance during my games.
- I promise to follow the enhanced fair play rules in PNWCC online tournament.
- I will use the program ZOOM in order to be monitored via webcam when required.
- I understand that my games may be checked by Chess.com or lichess.org’s Fair Play team for signs of fair play violations.
- The games of all prize winners will be certified by PNWCC's Fair Play Committee
- PNWCC has the sole right to interpret the results of the online tournament games.
- If my online account(s) get closed due to fair-play violations, I will have to return all the prize money I earned from PNWCC events, regardless if I violated the fair-play rules in the PNWCC events or not. If I do not return the prize money, PNWCC can publicly announce that my account gets closed for fair-play violation.
Players who break the agreement will face forfeiture of their games, expulsion from the tournament, and sanctions by PNWCC |

(1)A 3-round, G/75+5 tournament on chess.com for two separate groups of players with USCF ratings from the range of 1900-2099, and 2100-2299 (limited play up available). Each group will have up to 3 invited 2300+ players as trainers ($75 guaranteed prize offered). FIDE rating 2400+ is required for trainers in 2100-2299 section.
(2) Trainers will NOT play each other and will be able to earn the higher prize. Trainer’s registration fee will refund after the tournament.
(3) Event is USCF Online Rated. Pairing is based on USCF regular or online rating.
(4) Games will be played on chess.com and pairing will be made by PNWCC TDs. Results reported through Skype group.
(5) Each section has Prize: $175 - $125 - $75 -$50 -$25. Limited play up.
(6) PNWCC Fair Play Rules apply! All players are required to join ZOOM meeting (register and sign-in to see the link); must use angled camera; must share screen; must join Zoom with audio.
(7) Check in phrase - I read flyer and know round 1 starts at 8:30AM Seattle time and have requested all my byes. I will join ZOOM with angled camera with microphone on and screen sharing are required. No restroom use after 50min into the game. I will play fairly.
